So, if you have to cancel, notify us by e-mail (info@degrees2dreams.com) no later than 24 hours before the event (any later and it’s very difficult for us to fill your slot). If you notify us less than 24 hours before the event, we will try to fill your slot, but if we are unable, we cannot give you credit toward another workshop.

Email cancellations must contain the following: Your first name, last name, email address, phone number, workshop title, and workshop date.

After we hear from you, we will simply put your money toward either the next workshop on the same topic or toward a workshop on a topic of your choosing that is the same price. If the price is higher, we will deduct the original price and only charge you the difference. If the price is lower, we will continue to hold the difference as a credit toward your next purchase.

 

Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In either case, we’ll alert you ASAP.

Canceled Events – If your event is canceled, in most cases you won’t need to do a thing: we’ll inform you of the cancellation and put your payment toward the next scheduled workshop on the same topic or a topic of your choosing that is the same price. If the price is higher, we will deduct the original price and only charge you the difference. If the price is lower, we will continue to hold the difference as a credit toward your next purchase.

Rescheduled Events – If your event was rescheduled, we’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can’t make it? We will put your payment toward the next scheduled workshop on the same topic or a topic of your choosing that is the same price. If the price is higher, we will deduct the original price and only charge you the difference. If the price is lower, we will continue to hold the difference as a credit toward your next purchase.
